About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with extensive experience in healthcare data analysis, modeling, and integration. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in MS SQL, healthcare data workflows, and statistical analysis, playing a pivotal role in building scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure.



This role involves developing automated system health checks, implementing monitoring solutions, and guiding the team in best practices for data management and reporting. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare analytics, including working with benefits, claims, and eligibility data, is essential. Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large healthcare datasets is required, along with familiarity with Snowflake, MySQL, and modern data warehousing concepts.
