About The Role

The Research Manager – Fieldwork and Data Processing (Operations) plays a vital role within Mastercard’s Advisors Research Center (ARC),



supporting the delivery of high-quality quantitative research across multiple markets. Based in Gurgaon, India, this position is part of the Global Facilities India (GFI) team, which supports ARC’s global research engagements by ensuring productive, accurate, and timely research execution. The role involves managing the entire lifecycle of quantitative research projects, from overseeing fieldwork operations to transforming raw survey data into analysis-ready datasets. The Research Manager collaborates closely with regional teams, scripting teams, vendors, and researchers to maintain data integrity, optimize research workflows, and deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making. This position requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex datasets and multiple stakeholders effectively.
