The InterQual Technical Implementation Consultant plays a critical role in both leading and supporting the deployment and integration of InterQual Connect clinical decision support solutions within healthcare organizations. This position requires a unique combination of technical expertise, solid communication and interpersonal skills, and project implementation experience. Additionally, an in-depth understanding of healthcare workflows is essential to ensure the successful implementation, adoption,



and ongoing optimization of InterQual Connect products.

Primary Responsibilities

Implementation Planning
The consultant collaborates closely with healthcare clients to assess their organizational needs, define the project scope, and understand existing clinical workflows. Based on this assessment, the consultant creates detailed implementation plans tailored to the deployment of InterQual solutions
System Integration
Providing technical guidance and hands-on support, the consultant manages the integration of the InterQual Connect suite with existing hospital information systems (HIS), electronic health records (EHR), and Utilization Management (UM)/Case Management (CM) platforms
Configuration & Customization
The consultant is responsible for configuring the InterQual Connect software to meet specific client requirements. This includes customizing rules, mapping workflows, and adjusting customer
