Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and transformational Director of Technology Product Management to lead a portfolio of AI-powered provider, clinical, and specialty healthcare products. This leader will define product strategy, drive innovation, and deliver solutions that improve clinical outcomes, provider experience, operational efficiency, and business value.

Primary Responsibilities

Product Strategy and AI Innovation
Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for provider, clinical, and specialty products
Lead adoption of Generative AI, AI agents, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to transform healthcare workflows
Identify opportunities to improve quality, affordability, provider experience, and operational efficiency through AI-enabled solutions
Product Leadership
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy through execution and value realization
Prioritize investments based on business impact, customer needs, and measurable outcomes
Drive modernization and digital transformation across clinical and provider-facing platforms
Stakeholder Partnership
Partner with clinical, operational, technology, and business leaders to align priorities and deliver
