Role Description

Scope of Work (In Brief)
Level 1 technical support to end users for desktop, laptop, and peripheral-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and standard desktop applications.
Install, configure,



and support Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications.
Perform desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripheral hardware installation, replacement, and maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Perform antivirus installation, updates, and basic endpoint security checks.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet access issues.
Troubleshoot network outlets, patch cords, and basic switch port connectivity; escalate complex network issues to L2.
Maintain IT asset inventory, asset tagging, and lifecycle documentation.
Assist with meeting room IT equipment setup and troubleshooting, including projectors and video conferencing systems.
