Role Description The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production workflows, implementing process improvements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting new product introductions.



The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will troubleshoot manufacturing issues, develop standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with suppliers and maintenance teams, and using data-driven methods to enhance overall operational performance.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering, with the ability to design, optimize, and scale production systems.
Applied knowledge of Industrial Engineering, including workflow analysis, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering for tooling design, equipment selection, and mechanical problem-solving.
Hands-on experience with Machining operations and related manufacturing technologies.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial
