We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Operations to lead end-to-end project execution and overall operations across large-scale commercial office interior projects.? Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end execution of commercial office interior projects
• Manage multiple projects, Project Managers, and site teams
• Drive project timelines, quality, productivity, and profitability
• Monitor budgets, BOQs, margins, and cost control
• Manage vendors, procurement, and material availability
• Handle key clients, consultants, PMCs, and stakeholders
• Drive operational processes, compliance, and project closure
• Ensure smooth handover and post-handover support? Key Requirements
• 12+ years of relevant experience




• Strong experience in commercial office interiors / interior fit-out
• Experience with Grade A commercial buildings
• Must have independently executed 100,000+ sq. ft. in a single project
• Must have cumulatively delivered 20+ lakh sq. ft. of office interiors
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects and Project Managers
• B.Tech mandatory, preferably from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
• NICMAR/RICS Master’s qualification preferred
• Reliable career progression
