Can you build a ₹-crore Q-commerce business — not just manage an account?

We’re looking for a commercially strong skilled to own and scale the Q-commerce business across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and emerging platforms.

This is a business ownership role, where you’ll be responsible for:

* Revenue & growth
* Margins & account-level P&L;
* Platform relationships & negotiations
* Pricing, promotions & visibility
* Assortment, availability & inventory
* New launches & category expansion
* Platform, city & SKU-level performance
* Cross-functional execution with supply chain, finance, marketing & category teams

We’re looking for someone with:

* 4–10 years of experience in Q-commerce,



e-commerce or Key Account Management
* Hands-on experience with Blinkit / Zepto / Swiggy Instamart
* FMCG, D2C or consumer-brand experience
* Strong commercial and analytical skills
* Proven ownership of revenue, margins and/or P&L;
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
* High ownership and bias for action
* Willingness to travel for platform meetings and market/dark-store visits
