Innovertus (Neulife) is looking for an experienced R&D; Manager to lead product innovation across our nutrition supplements and nutraceuticals portfolio.

What You'll Own
• End-to-end R&D; for nutraceuticals and nutrition supplements, from concept to commercial launch
• Product development across Powders, RTDs, Bars and other novel formats
• Flavor development and sensory optimization to ensure taste, texture, and stability meet market standards
• Collaboration with sourcing, QA, and manufacturing teams to scale formulations without compromising quality
•Staying ahead of ingredient trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive innovation in the sports nutrition/nutraceutical space
What You Bring — Required
8–12+ years of hands-on formulation experience in the core nutraceutical, functional foods,



or snacks industry (pharmaceutical dosage-form or purely academic backgrounds will not translate directly to this role)
Direct, personal ownership of product development in at least one of: Bars, Powders, or RTDs — not just formulation science in the abstract
Demonstrated flavor development and sensory optimization experience — taste masking, texture design, coating/seasoning systems, or flavor systems work
Strong grasp of formulation science, stability testing, and scale-up from lab to pilot to commercial production, personally driven (not just supported/coordinated)
Working knowledge of FSSAI/GMP regulatory requirements as it applies to formulation work
A builder's mindset — comfortable in a fast-moving, hands-on R&D; environment with real ownership
