Role Description The Operations Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting the smooth execution of redevelopment projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating between internal teams and external stakeholders, tracking project milestones, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role involves assisting with operational planning, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and escalating issues to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.



The Operations Team Member will also support basic sales and client service activities, contribute to process improvements, and help implement operational standards and best practices across projects.

Strong analytical skills to support feasibility assessments, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking.
Effective communication skills for explicit coordination with clients, developers, and internal stakeholders.
Sales acumen to assist with client interactions, relationship management, and opportunity follow-up.
Operations management skills to support process implementation, workflow optimization, and day-to-day project execution.
