Role Description The Manager Operations – Agriculture Drones Spraying is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of drone-based spraying services for agricultural clients. This position includes planning and scheduling field operations, coordinating with farmers and local partners, and ensuring efficient deployment and utilization of drone fleets. The role involves supervising ground and flight crews, monitoring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining operational documentation and reports. The manager will track performance metrics, optimize workflows, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve operational issues and implement best practices. The role also includes training field teams, supporting demonstrations and pilot projects, and contributing to continuous improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction.
