Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Chennai.



The Key Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with strategic customers, focusing on retention, cross-selling, and upselling financial products and services. Responsibilities include developing account plans, tracking performance against targets, and coordinating with internal teams such as credit, operations, and collections to ensure smooth service delivery. The role involves regular customer meetings, resolving issues promptly, identifying new business opportunities, and providing accurate forecasts and reports to leadership. The Key Account Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and support overall business growth in the region.
