What We’re Looking For -





Robust hands-on expertise in SEO, AEO & GEO, with a proven track record across multiple accounts.
Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
Experience building, training and leading an SEO team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page/off-page SEO, content strategy, keyword research, local SEO, AEO and Generative Engine Optimization.
Ability to develop strategies, execute them and drive measurable organic growth.
Excellent team leadership, delegation, mentoring and quality-control skills.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes.
Must understand business profitability — efficient resource utilisation, client retention, productivity and delivering results within scope.

Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign strategy, keyword planning, optimisation and performa
