Role Overview

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring high-value clients, and establishing The Kite Flyers’ sales function in Bengaluru.



This is a leadership role requiring a hands-on business development professional who can build relationships, develop a strong sales pipeline, close strategic accounts, and gradually build and lead a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong agency background, an established skilled network, and a proven track record of selling integrated marketing and creative solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth and Business Development
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Bengaluru and other priority markets.
- Own revenue targets and drive consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Identify and acquire enterprise and mid-market clients across priority sectors.
- Generate business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, outbound prospecting, events, and industry relationships.
