Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR/Admin Manager to manage plant-level HR and administrative operations at our manufacturing unit in Bhavnagar. The role will be responsible for industrial compliance, labour laws, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and day-to-day plant HR operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with plant management and employees, handling workforce-related matters independently, and ensuring smooth HR operations with complete legal and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete HR & Admin operations for the manufacturing plant and office.

Handle industrial relations, employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory laws, industrial regulations, and statutory requirements.

Maintain and manage all required HR, employee, labour, compliance, and statutory records.

Manage payroll, attendance, leave, PF, PT, ESIC, bonus, salary administration, and other employee perks.

Coordinate with relevant consultants, government departments, auditors, and statutory authorities when required.

Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation, transfers, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.

Lead recruitment and hiring for plant and office requirements, including manpower planning and coordination with departments.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, systems, and employee welfare initiatives.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR/payroll software.

Support plant management in manpower planning, productivity, discipline, and employee engagement.

Handle day-to-day administrative activities and facility-related coordination for the plant.
