This role is intended for a hands-on QA leader who can operate as a functional subject matter expert for our Alpha Data Platform (ADP). This candidate will coordinate multi-user concurrency tests, strengthen day-to-day quality support across environments, data, interfaces, deployments, and end-to-end workflows. The ideal candidate will bridge product, engineering, QA, release management, and SaaS operations to make quality issues visible early and drive them to resolution quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a functional subject matter expert for ADP quality, including core platform workflows, data movement, interface behavior, environment dependencies, and release validation expectations.
- Translate product, engineering, and operational requirements into practical QA strategies, playbooks, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify functional and environmental gaps that may prevent reliable release testing, integration testing, or production readiness, and drive timely remediation with the appropriate owners.
- Plan and coordinate ADP multi-user,



concurrency-based testing events where multiple groups execute QA playbooks at the same time against shared release objectives
- Define the multi-user concurrency testing scope, entry criteria, participant model, workplace readiness checklist, playbook assignments, timing, defect triage process and exit criteria.
- Support QA teams across the organization when they encounter blockers related to system access, data access, environment configuration, interface setup, deployment issues, or workflow validation.
- Partner with SaaS E2E Operations, engineering, product, and QA to diagnose failures across configuration, data, application behavior, infrastructure, and deployment boundaries.
- Help define and maintain standard QA playbooks, smoke tests, regression scenarios, workflow tests, data prerequisites, and troubleshooting runbooks for ADP and ADP-adjacent capabilities.
