You’ll use your expertise in pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression to create and evaluate high-quality training data.

Accountabilities




- Record high-quality scripted voice content in Latvian for AI training and speech model development.
- Evaluate AI-generated speech samples for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression.
- Identify, annotate, and document issues or inconsistencies in generated speech and provide actionable feedback.
- Assess regional and linguistic variations to help improve the authenticity and versatility of Latvian voice models.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine prompts, evaluation methodologies, and voice design guidelines.
- Apply professional voice-acting expertise to ensure training data consistently meets quality and performance standards.

Requirements
- Demonstrated professional experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, or a related performance field in Latvian.
- Native-level or highly proficient Latvian language skills with strong pronunciation and linguistic awareness.
