Description
The Field Service Engineer II is responsible for delivering exceptional service and technical support to Honeywell customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires solid technical expertise, effective planning and execution skills, and the ability to lead teams in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving Building Automation and related systems.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Deliver value-driven services to Honeywell clients and customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with customer representatives, end users, and service recipients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Respond effectively to customer needs while operating under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions.
- Provide customers with recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades, helping identify opportunities for additional Honeywell solutions and services.

Service Maintenance & Technical Support
- Plan, schedule,



and execute preventive maintenance activities in accordance with service contract requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain site-specific documentation and quality assurance records as directed by supervisors.
- Support customers during service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Be available to perform duties outside normal working hours when required by SLA’s and customer commitments.

Team Leadership & Resource Management
- Lead and coordinate Engineers, Technicians, Vendors, and other resources to deliver maintenance and support services.
- Provide guidance and oversight to field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of work.
- Manage team performance to consistently exceed customer and Honeywell expectations.
- Work effectively with minimal supervision while directing contractors and service personnel as needed.
