About the Role
We are looking for an Outreach Specialist to drive B2B outbound growth across the US market. You will identify and research technology decision-makers, create highly personalized outreach campaigns, and convert prospects into qualified meetings for our senior sales team.
Our ideal prospects include CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Leaders, and other technology decision-makers. This role is focused on research-driven,



insight-led outreach rather than high-volume templated messaging.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-touch email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns across assigned US territories.
- Research and qualify target accounts using firmographic, technographic, and buying/trigger signals.
- Create personalized, insight-driven messages tailored to senior technology decision-makers.
- A/B test subject lines, messaging, offers, and outreach cadence to improve response rates.
- Manage follow-ups across email, LinkedIn, and phone, ensuring no qualified lead is dropped.
- Identify and qualify prospects based on the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team and coordinate calendars across US time zones.
- Prepare concise pre-meeting briefs covering prospect background, pain points, and conversation opportunities.
