Department Overview:
Sales and Marketing Development for Hitachi Electron Microscope related products, territory will be assigned by management within ASEAN and South Asia countries.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential customers across Education & Research (Life Science and Material Science).
- Work on some of the key accounts like pharmaceutical segments through referrals, networking, cold calls, and other prospecting methods.
- Work closely with assigned Distributor for business Improvement.
- Explore and develop recent markets while strengthening presence in existing territories.
- Travel along with distributors on mature cases.




- Develop strong knowledge of Hitachi Electron Microscopy pro
- ucts and applications.
- Stay updated on competitor products, positioning, and market trends.
- Do share information with the distributors in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Engage customers through regular communication, including product updates, email campaigns, events, and activities. Do support marketing team with such tasks.
- Conduct effective product and solution presentations, clearly articulating features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Actively participate in marketing activities such as conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and user meetings.
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Application, and Administration teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
