To provide effective, energetic and inspirational support to SEL ERP team and its schools so that they build effective systems and process. The purpose of this position is to ensure sales & marketing excellence in our schools by planning, designing and implementing effective systems and policies. Provide seamless support to Shri Educare and its owned/partner schools. Support the current Sales & Marketing team and unit heads in driving various initiatives & deployment of best practices & projects across all units (including overseas) as per the annual plans.
We are looking at hiring Area Sales Manager/Executive for the following locations:
- Delhi NCR
- Rewari
- Bihar & Jharkhand
- UP (East)/Varanasi

No. of Positions - Multiple
The role primarily focuses on:-
- Identifying markets / schools where the ERP can be sold.
- Contacting potential clients via emails,



cold calls and exploratory visits.
- Visiting schools and make presentations and demo about the ERP.
- Arrange meetings with Senior Management / decision makers for closure of deals
- Be a part of organizing events for lead sourcing and new territory expansions.
- Organizing and Handling of ATL/BTL marketing activities and events (as applicable).
- Competitor analysis and developing intel on competitive landscape and competitor strategies.
- Achieving the planned targets and driving revenues for the org.
- Meeting Clients, giving presentations and engaging with clients on behalf of the organization.
- Work closely with the IT team for deal closure, product improvement and market intel.
- Vendor Management.
- Event Management.
- Updating of Website and Collateral with new updates / changes (as applicable).
