Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken HR Executive to join our Accounting KPO team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.

Candidates with prior experience in Accounting, Finance, BPO, KPO, ITES, outsourcing, or skilled services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for accounting, finance, and KPO positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare suitable sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidates based on communication skills, experience, qualifications, and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining formalities.




- Maintain an active talent pipeline for recurring accounting and finance requirements.

HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and HR databases.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and general HR matters.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Support exit formalities and employee documentation.
- Prepare recruitment and HR-related MIS/reports.

Employee & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between candidates, employees, hiring managers, and management.
- Ensure professional and timely communication throughout the recruitment and employee lifecycle.
