About the Role

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Java Backend Engineer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in backend application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using Java and up-to-date backend technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices to support web and mobile applications.
- Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.




- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and API documentation.
- Support deployment activities and contribute to CI/CD processes.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17 and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and API-driven development.
- Experience in developing and integrating RESTful Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
