The company is looking for an experienced and commercially oriented Marketing Manager to lead the marketing agenda for its real estate businesses.
The role will be responsible for defining and strengthening the brand positioning of the real estate business, developing the overall marketing strategy, and driving lead generation and customer acquisition through digital and other marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who combines brand thinking, digital marketing and solid lead-generation capabilities with a clear understanding of business outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and continuously evolve the brand positioning, proposition and communication strategy for Riviera's real estate business.
- Establish consistency in brand identity and communication across digital, offline and customer-facing channels.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, differentiation and market perception.
- Develop marketing plans for new projects, launches and key business initiatives.
2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop the overall direction and objectives for digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, content, display and other relevant platforms.
- Manage external digital, creative and performance marketing agencies.
- Translate business requirements into effective campaign briefs, communication concepts and marketing assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and work with agencies to continuously improve reach, engagement and conversions.
- Ensure effective use of digital platforms to build both brand awareness and qualified demand.
3. Lead Generation & Demand Generation
- Own the lead-generation strategy for the real estate business, with a strong focus on generating high-quality and conversion-ready leads.
