The Associate
Manager will support MSC’s global marketing strategy, brand
positioning, and growth initiatives across international markets. The role will
drive integrated digital marketing, content, website, social media, email,
SEO/GEO, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and
engagement. They will leverage data, AI-enabled tools, and emerging
technologies to optimize marketing performance and campaign ROI. The role will
also collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, manage key
stakeholders, and contribute to marketing operations and strategic
partnerships.

Marketing strategy
& brand leadership:
- Develop and execute
MSC's global marketing strategy aligned with business priorities, brand
positioning, and growth objectives.
- Build a
differentiated brand presence across international markets through integrated
marketing, thought leadership, and strategic communications.
- Champion innovation
by leveraging digital marketing trends, AI-enabled tools, and emerging
technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.





Digital marketing
& content management:
- Lead integrated
marketing campaigns across digital, social media, website, email, PR, events,
and partnerships to maximize reach and engagement.
- Oversee the
management and optimization of MSC's owned digital channels, including the
website, LinkedIn, newsletters, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Oversee the
development of high-quality thought leadership and marketing content, ensuring
consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Drive website
strategy, SEO/GEO, marketing automation, and audience nurturing initiatives to
improve digital performance and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead email
marketing, marketing automation, and digital nurturing campaigns to strengthen
stakeholder engagement and audience retention.
- Oversee website
content strategy, SEO/ GEO optimization, content calendars, and digital
publishing workflows to
