Dev Lead – ServiceNow (Now Assist & AI Agents)
Role / Job Summary
We are looking for a robust ServiceNow Dev Lead with hands-on implementation experience and mandatory expertise in Now Assist. The role requires the ability to lead development delivery, guide a team of developers, and build AI-led capabilities using Now Assist and AI Agents, along with a working knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, providing technical direction to a team of developers.
- Own end-to-end implementation of Now Assist capabilities, including configuration, prompt/skill design, and integration into existing workflows.
- Design and build AI Agents on the ServiceNow platform to automate and augment business processes.
- Review technical designs, code, and configurations produced by the development team to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with architects and business analysts,



and translate them into technical design specifications and development plans.
- Guide development and customization of core ServiceNow capabilities, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer flows, and Notifications.
- Support basic configuration and enhancement needs within Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules as required by project scope.
- Develop and oversee integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to manage design dependencies and ensure smooth solution delivery.
- Lead and support testing lifecycle activities, including SIT, UAT, defect fixing, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Mentor developers on ServiceNow best practices, Now Assist implementation approaches, and AI Agent development.
