This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities




- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, delivering scalable and supportable solutions across global organizations
- Proven proficiency with:
- Flow Designer (complex flows, subflows, integrations, error handling)
- Server‑side and client‑side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
- Experience designing and developing global solutions that support:
- Multiple regions, time zones, and user populations
- Reusable frameworks and standardized patterns
- Long‑term platform scalability and maintainability
- Robust understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, roles, and security best practices
- Ability to evaluate requirements, prioritize out‑of‑the‑box (OOB) capabilities, and imple
