JOB DESCRIPTION
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department and ensure timely completion of all
marketing deliverables- set priorities, review progress, and drive accountability.
• Develop and implement creative, contemporary digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand
positioning, customer engagement, and lead generation- including SEO, SEM, website management,
social media, email marketing, marketing automation, and campaign analytics.
• Bring a creative outlook to marketing through modern content formats such as videos, animations,
reels, podcasts, customer stories, and interactive campaigns.
• Drive content strategy and ensure regular refresh of brochures, presentations, website content, case
studies, product literature, and social media communication.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, product launches,



customer events and promotional campaigns.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure timely, high-
quality marketing support.

• Manage external agencies, creative partners, printers, photographers, videographers, and other
marketing vendors.
• Ensure latest and on-time branding initiatives across platforms- offices/ digital content/ physical
literature/ merchandise/ company vehicles, etc. Ensure brand consistency across all customer
touchpoints and marketing communication.
