About the Role We are looking for an entrepreneurial and execution-oriented National Sales Head who can lead our national sales function across electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers. This role goes far beyond achieving monthly sales numbers. We are looking for someone who can build dealer confidence, develop markets, improve retail sales, recruit and mentor high-performing sales teams, create robust sales processes, and establish as a preferred EV brand across India. The ideal candidate has successfully worked in organizations where sales are driven through market creation, dealer relationships, customer acquisition, and robust execution—not merely by the pull of an established brand. We would prefer candidates from Electric Vehicles, Automotive, Batteries, Lubricants, Tyres, Auto Components, FMCG Distribution, Agricultural Equipment, or other dealer/distributor-led businesses where creating demand is a core responsibility.



Candidates currently working with very large automotive brands where products largely sell because of brand pull may not be the right fit for this role. The Sales Head will work closely with the CEO, Marketing, Product, Service, Finance, Supply Chain and Dealer Development teams to drive sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Sales Strategy • Develop and execute the company's national sales strategy. • Drive annual, quarterly and monthly revenue growth. • Prepare sales forecasts and business plans. • Build scalable sales processes across regions. • Develop market expansion strategies for existing and new territories. • Ensure achievement of retail as well as wholesale sales targets.
