Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will be a key player in our MNC Vertical, responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with multi-national corporate clients. Your role will be crucial in understanding their unique financial needs and providing cutting-edge solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional service and drive business development.

Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with MNC clients, understanding their financial goals and challenges.
- Proactively identify and propose tailored financial solutions, including lending, trade finance, and treasury services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of client queries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide insightful advice to clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and workshops to educate and engage MNCs.
- Manage and monitor client portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.




- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to other bank products and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the bank's presence and reputation.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including lending, trade finance, and cash management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-driven approach to business development.
