The purpose of this position is to ensure sales & marketing excellence in our schools by planning, designing and implementing effective systems and policies. Provide seamless support to Shri Educare and its owned/partner schools. Support the current Sales & Marketing team and unit heads in driving various initiatives & deployment of best practices & projects across all units (including overseas) as per the annual plans.
Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for Selling Shriconnect solution by strategizing , Planning & operationalizing sales activities to generate profitable business across geographies. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving institutional sales, managing regional sales operations,
building strategic partnerships, and expanding ShriConnect’s presence across the education ecosystem.
Dimensions:
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets
- Drive consistent business growth across assigned territories and regions.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely payment collections and NIL NPA.
- Ensure strong customer relationship with our new and existing customers.
