Technical
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable software components.
- Lead and contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Define clean interfaces and data exchange between modules and systems.
- Make informed technology and design choices through due diligence and impact analysis.
- Ensure high code quality through best practices, unit testing, and automation.
- Assess and optimize application performance using sound design, algorithms, and coding techniques.
- Demonstrate robust expertise in data structures, algorithms,



and the chosen technology stack.
- Maintain deep ownership of assigned components while understanding overall product architecture.

Process
- Identify scope, provide accurate estimates, and justify them with technical reasoning.
- Apply strong understanding of Agile SDLC and execute effectively within each phase.
- Break down work into actionable tasks aligned with product and release goals.
- Deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities and dependencies.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to align technical execution with product vision.
- Seek and provide ongoing feedback to improve design, development, and delivery outcomes.

Leadership
- Provide technical leadership and guidance within an Agile (Scrum) team.
- Review code regularly and ensure timely, constructive feedback.
- Mentor and support a team of 2-3 engineers on technical skills and engineering mat
