Job Description:
Responsible for managing and executing day-to-day production activities related to condensers, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels. The role requires hands-on experience in fabrication, a good understanding of ASME codes, and the ability to lead and supervise production teams effectively to ensure timely, cost-productive, and quality-compliant output.

Key Responsibilities:
Manpower Supervision:
Lead and manage production staff to ensure optimal resource utilization and discipline on the shop floor.
Production Execution & Planning:
Plan daily and weekly production schedules aligned with project deadlines and client requirements.
Monitor progress and ensure production targets are met without compromising on quality.
Engineering Drawings Interpretation:
Read and interpret GA (General Arrangement) and fabrication drawings accurately to guide fabrication processes.
Fabrication Expertise:
Oversee fabrication of pressure vessels, condensers, and heat exchangers as per customer and design specifications.
Ensure welding, assembly,



and finishing activities meet quality and safety standards.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to ASME codes and internal quality standards throughout the production process.
Conduct routine quality checks and resolve any non-conformities.
Work Reporting:
Maintain and submit daily production reports, highlighting progress, bottlenecks, and manpower utilization.
Safety & Housekeeping:
Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Team Motivation:
Motivate and mentor team members to ensure high productivity, morale, and adherence to process standards.
Coordination:
Work closely with design, planning, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of production activities.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to cost reduction and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanica
