Day in the life:
Employee Lifecycle Management

Manage joining, onboarding, and exit processes

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit documents

Coordinate background verification and induction activities
HR Operations & Administration

Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and physical files
-
Update and manage employee data (personal details, job changes, transfers)

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
Payroll & Compliance Support

Coordinate with payroll vendors/internal teams for monthly payroll inputs

Track attendance, leaves, and statutory deductions

Support compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
Policy & Process Support

Assist in implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures
