Description
What can you expect?
- Investigate user problems and needs, identify root causes, and determine possible solutions.
- Document testing problems and resolutions for future reference; maintain defect logs and issue logs wherever applicable.
- Participate in the development of technical documentation and user manuals wherever assigned.
- Communicate effectively with team members and all project stakeholders.
- Identify problem areas and suggest improvements.
- Identify areas suitable for automation.
- Guide and mentor recent joiners and assist team members in resolving queries.
- Should have strong analytical and logical skills.
- Should have strong testing and test results reporting skills, with the ability to test applications from user requirements, functional specifications, and/or design.
- Should have hands-on experience in automation testing using Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript
- Should have hands-on experience in API testing using tools such as Postman and/or automation frameworks.
- Should have exposure to AI-enabled using CoPilot,



including use of AI for test generation, defect analysis, test optimization, or intelligent test automation.
- Should be able to create and execute SQL queries.
- Should have the ability to document test results.
- Should be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and support new applications and systems.
