We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager for India who will be responsible for managing compensation programs, advantages governance, compensation benchmarking, annual rewards processes, job evaluation, pay equity reviews, and rewards analytics. The role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, compliance, and strong employee experience across rewards programs.
