We are seeking a Delivery Manager cum Scrum Master to lead data engineering and analytics initiatives across globally distributed teams in India and the US. The role requires strong delivery ownership, Agile leadership, and the ability to work effectively across time zones, cultures, and stakeholder groups, while driving predictable delivery across modern data platforms.

The Contributions You Will Make

Delivery Management
Own end-to-end delivery of data programs executed by US and India teams across ingestion, transformation, and analytics layers.
Build and manage integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
Ensure delivery commitments on scope, timeline, cost, and quality.
Drive release planning and production readiness for data products.
Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, defects, SLA adherence).
Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks related to time zone, handoffs, and dependencies.




Scrum Master / Agile Leadership
Act as Scrum Master for one or more data engineering teams across US and India.
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective participation across overlapping working hours.
Continuously inspect, adapt, and refine Agile practices based on team maturity and delivery needs.
Drive sprint predictability, capacity planning, backlog health, and delivery transparency.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.
Tailor Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models) to support data and platform-oriented work.
Resolve team-level and cross-team impediments, particularly those related to geo-distributed execution.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a single, well-prioritized global backlog.
