Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with automobile spare-parts dealers, retailers, workshops, and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to promote the company's spare-parts product range.
- Identify recent markets, customers, and business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to support sales growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities, market demand, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal sales and distribution teams for customer requirements and order follow-ups.
- Prepare routine market-visit, lead,



and customer follow-up reports.

Required Skills
- Automobile Spare Parts Knowledge — Understanding of two-wheeler spare parts and the automotive distribution market.
- Field Marketing — Ability to conduct regular market and customer visits.
- Dealer Development — Ability to identify, approach, and develop dealer/retailer relationships.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up — Ability to identify prospects and systematically follow up on opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management — Ability to maintain productive relationships with customers and channel partners.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the Trichy automobile/spare-parts market.
- Experience working with distributors, dealers, retailers, or workshops.
- Basic sales reporting and market analysis skills.
