About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, execution-oriented Accountant with solid hands-on expertise in Zoho Books and practical exposure to Zoho Payroll. The role involves independently managing accounting, payroll support, reconciliations, statutory compliance and month-end activities across multiple client accounts.

This is not a training-only or data-entry role. The candidate should be comfortable owning day-to-day accounting accuracy,



following up with clients, identifying gaps and closing tasks within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Zoho Books, including ledgers, journals, receivables, payables and general ledger review.

· Prepare and review sales invoices, purchase entries, expense entries, credit/debit notes and payment records.

· Perform bank, customer, vendor and other balance-sheet reconciliations and resolve unreconciled items on time.

· Manage GST-related accounting and support/prepare GST returns, reconciliations and compliance working papers.

· Handle TDS accounting and compliance, including deduction checks, challan support, return workings and reconciliation with books.

· Work on Zoho Payroll for payroll processing, employee master updates, salary structures, deductions, reimbursements, payslips and payroll reports.
