Production Artist
The Production Artist plays a crucial role in executing design deliverables with precision and efficiency while maintaining brand consistency across all materials. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment. The ideal candidate will transform creative concepts into production-ready files while collaborating effectively with designers, project managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the creation and updating of design materials - Create initial design file and input content revisions from marked up PDF/client-selected template. High degree of proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
- Dynamically manage workload through WorkFront project management system and priorities on a day-to-day, hour-to-hour basis to ensure all project requests are met and effectively prioritized, despite a heavy workload
- Select photos, logos, color palette as needed, upload approved files to print and adhere to file management procedure




- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure breakthrough and relevant outcomes. Ensure all project requests are met and effectively prioritized.
