Description
- A role responsible for developing, executing, and managing the bank's cyber awareness initiatives and vendor risk management program.
- This position plays a critical role in mitigating cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors, ensuring that the bank’s employees and stakeholders are aware of the latest cybersecurity threats, best practices, and protocols.
- The role requires a strategic mindset, solid leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and vendor management processes.

Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the bank’s cybersecurity awareness program to educate employees, contractors, and partners on cybersecurity risks, policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT and Security teams to ensure consistent messaging and the implementation of security controls across the organization.




- Design and deliver engaging, effective, and comprehensive cyber awareness training, campaigns, and workshops.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the awareness program, leveraging metrics and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery methods.

Functional Responsibilities:
- Maintain vendor inventory, engagements including onboarding, off-boarding, payments, agreements etc.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors of the ISMD team.
- Track vendor performance metrics ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Create and manage annual budget for the division and oversee the consumption.

Qualifications

Graduate/ Post graduate (Engineering/Science/Commerce)
Min Exp: 10 years
Max Exp: 12 years
