A. Process engineering of Fuel Gas, Fuel Oil, Steam, Utility Gases, Water Supply & Treatment, and Wastewater Treatment Systems, including:
•Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems
•Acid Regeneration Plants (ARP) for steel and non-ferrous industries
B. Strong exposure to selection, design, and specification of mechanical equipment, including:
•Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Condensers
Engineering & Design Capabilities
Hands-on experience in:
•System design and development
•Preparation of Design Basis Reports (DBR) and Design Criteria
•Technical specifications for equipment and packages
•Bid evaluation and technical clarification
•Scrutiny and approval of vendor drawings & calculations
•Detailed engineering of water and utility systems.
Proficient in:
•Equipment and piping layout development
•Review and coordination of 3D models for equipment and piping
Process Engineering & Analysis
Robust knowledge in:
•Development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;) with proper control philosophy
•Basic unit sizing and process calculations
•Hydraulic design of piping networks
•Pump and compressor head selection
•Exposure to piping stress analysis
Software & Tools
•Experience or working knowledge of engineering software such as:
•PIPENET (Standard Module)
•CAESAR II
•EPANET
Knowledge of hydraulic and lubrication systems considered an added advantage
•Cooling Towers
•Compressors, Blowers, Fans
•Pressure Filters
•Tanks & Receivers
•Thickeners / Clarifiers
•Sludge Dewatering Systems
•Valves and specialized piping components
