Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Engineer to drive business growth across East India, with Kolkata as the preferred base location. This role is well-suited for professionals who want hands-on exposure to utility, EPC, and power distribution projects, while building robust and lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for Ensto’s LV and MV electricity distribution solutions across East India.
- Identify, develop, and manage opportunities with utilities, DISCOMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial customers.
- Follow up on leads,



customer requirements, quotations, tenders, and project opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Support tender submissions, participate in commercial discussions, and contribute to order execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and effective project delivery.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, forecasts, customer records, and visit reports through CRM and related business systems.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in electrical equipment sales, power distribution, utilities, EPC, or infrastructure sectors.
- Basic understanding of LV/MV distribution products and their applications.
