About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can drive digital growth across SEO, Content, SMO and Marketing Strategy.
The ideal candidate should be strategic, data-driven and hands-on, with the ability to audit existing marketing activities, identify growth opportunities, create a clear roadmap and drive execution with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business and lead-generation goals.
- Identify recent growth opportunities across channels, markets and customer segments.
- Build monthly/quarterly marketing priorities and track performance against KPIs.

2. SEO & Organic Growth
- Own SEO strategy across Technical SEO, On-Page, Content, Off-Page, AEO and GEO.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify ranking, traffic and lead-generation opportunities.
- Develop strategies around commercial keywords, service pages, use cases, competitors and search intent.
- Track organic performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush.

Content Audit & Strategy
- Audit existing content and identify what to Keep, Improve, Consolidate or Remove.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities based on ICP, competitors and search demand.
- Develop content strategies for blogs, landing pages, case studies, reports, lead magnets and comparison/use-case content.
- Ensure content supports both SEO and lead generation.

4. SMO & Organic Distribution
- Develop social media and organic distribution strategy, especially for LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Identify content themes and formats that build brand authority and generate demand.
- Work with the content/social team to maximize content reach and engagement.

5. Analytics & Lead Generation
- Monitor Traffic → MQL → SQL → Pipeline performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Analyze competitors, channels and campaign performance to identify growth oppo
