Job Description
The Internal Communications & Brand Specialist will play a key role in bringing this to life. Working closely with leaders, HR and global communications teams, the role will develop compelling stories, deliver communication campaigns and help create a consistent employee and employer brand experience.
It is a hands-on specialist role that combines strategic thinking with excellent execution and content creation.
Key Responsibilities Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Deliver communication plans that support business priorities, organisational change and employee engagement.
- Translate business strategy and complex topics into transparent, engaging employee-focused narratives.
- Own and maintain the site editorial calendar
- Manage internal communication channels and produce high-quality content for newsletters and campaigns.
- Draft executive communications including emails, blogs, articles, speeches, talking points and leadership presentations.
- Develop engaging presentations, visual assets and digital content using PowerPoint, Canva and other communication tools.
- Coordinate multimedia and campaign assets with designers and external partners when required.
- Develop communication toolkits and manager cascade materials where required.
