About the Role:
The Global Process Expert – Credit Management & Collection provides in-depth process, technical,
and business expertise to support global Finance Service Delivery Units across Invoice-to-Cash operations. The role is responsible for designing, governing, standardizing, and continuously improving global Credit Management & Collection processes while ensuring end-to-end consistency, operational excellence, and alignment with BASF’s enterprise architecture. The position also supports service transitions, process governance, automation, and major finance transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA system transitions.
