About the Role:
Looking for highly talented, organized application engineering professionals who are very strong related to DX Units/VRV/VRF/DX units/FAH/AHU products.
Role Responsibilities:
- Receive inquiries from Sales Engineers or Sales Manager via phone / email / by hand.
- 7 to 10 years of proficient experience in selecting and configuring DX cooling systems based on cooling loads, application type, and energy efficiency criteria.
- In-depth knowledge of VRF system design, including heat recovery, simultaneous heating/cooling applications, and indoor/outdoor unit compatibility.
- Skilled in the application and selection of FAHU systems, including integration with treated fresh air systems and humidity control.
- Generating SAP quotations inline with project specifications.
- Preparing technical submittals with compliance statement
- Providing technical clarifications / assistance to SE, consultants, customers.
- Customer engagement to resolve technical issues and optimization.
- Assisting to update on the latest software, catalogs and information from Carrier wherever applicable.
