Description
The Operational Risk Management (ORM) team facilitates and monitors the implementation of effective operational risk management programs throughout the organization and oversees risk ownership throughout business units, products, and processes. The objective of the Issues & Events team is to define, govern, and continuously enhance the Issues and Events Management Program as a second-line risk management function, partnering closely with first- and third-line stakeholders.
The Executive Insights function supports the delivery of executive reporting, management insights, and governance materials across the Issues & Events organization. The team produces timely, accurate reporting; supports metric governance; analyzes trends and risk data; and provides actionable insights to senior leadership and governance forums.
ORM is looking for an Analyst, Executive Insights, to support recurring reporting, dashboard production, data validation, and insight generation for the Issues & Events organization. This role will help deliver accurate and timely reporting materials,



perform data analysis, maintain reporting artifacts, and support governance routines across operational risk issue and event management.
Reporting to the Manager/Director, Issues & Events Program, the ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to work with data and stakeholders in a structured, controlled workplace. This role requires collaboration across ORM teams and business partners to support consistent, high-quality reporting outputs.

Responsibilities
