Your Tasks

This role is responsible for building strong talent pipelines and supporting the delivery of high-quality talent across business functions and markets. The role partners closely with TA Experts and business stakeholders to understand talent needs, identify relevant talent pools,



and proactively engage candidates through data-driven sourcing and market intelligence.

The key responsibilities are:
- Partner with TA Experts, Hiring Managers, and HRBPs to understand hiring requirements, business priorities, and critical talent needs.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, internal talent platforms, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and other relevant channels.
- Source, identify, and engage active and passive talent across functions, seniority levels, and geographical markets.
- Lead candidate outreach and initial talent engagement, effectively pitching roles, career opportunities, and the organization's EVP.
- Conduct resume screening, pre-assessments, and candidate qualification against defined role requirements before progressing suitable profiles.
