We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineering Manager – Pune Team Lead to establish, grow, and lead a Pune-based mechanical engineering team supporting data center rack, enclosure, and infrastructure product lines across both released-product sustaining work and recent product development activities. This role will serve as a critical extension of the US-based engineering organization, partnering closely with stateside engineering leadership to build local capability, strengthen execution, and drive product quality, reliability,



cost optimization, and continuous improvement.

Position Summary

As the Senior Mechanical Design Engineering Manager – Pune Team Lead at Vertiv, you will be a highly experienced people manager with a robust mechanical design background. You will lead a growing, multi-disciplinary engineering team in Pune while maintaining enough technical depth to guide design decisions, challenge assumptions, remove roadblocks, and ensure engineering output meets Vertiv standards.
